Returns And Refunds
By consumer protection legislation, you can have your right to run without penalty and without the need to provide any reasons, by informing LORETTA CAPONI S.r.l. within fifteen (15) days from the date, you received your order.
Loretta Caponi is pleased to accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 15 days from the date you received your order. Please note that orders must be returned from the same country they were originally shipped to.
Products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, and other signature packaging materials. Loretta Caponi hanging tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards should all be included when provided with the original shipment. If your order did not include the proper packaging, please contact Loretta Caponi at email@example.com
If you would like to return a product, sign in to your Loretta Caponi account, and locate the item/order under “ORDER HISTORY”. Click “REQUEST RETURN”.
You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on the return shipment.
Please be aware that the said return will be fully charged to you.
Loretta Caponi prefers that products are returned to Loretta Caponi using the provided labels and shipping agent contacts to ensure the products are protected and insured. However, you may return goods at your sole risk and expense using any safe and secure means. Please contact Loretta Caponi at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding such returns.
Any returned products which are damaged, soiled, or altered, or that are not accompanied by the original packaging materials, may not be accepted and your requested return will be rejected. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned, inspected, approved, and accepted by Loretta Caponi.
Products that are received damaged or become damaged by a manufacturing fault within six (6)months of purchase are considered faulty. Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Loretta Caponi will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is a result of normal wear and tear or some other reason.
Damaged or faulty products returned to Loretta Caponi, during the applicable six (6) month period, will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability, at Loretta Caponi’s sole discretion. If a product is properly returned during the applicable six (6) month period, but cannot be replaced or repaired, Loretta Caponi will refund the purchase price.
Any product returned after the 15-day or 6-month period, as applicable, is at the sole discretion of Loretta Caponi, and may not be accepted or only accepted for store credit.
Loretta Caponi has made every effort possible to ensure the colors are displayed as accurately as possible. Loretta Caponi cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true color. If you have any questions about the color of an item, please contact Loretta Caponi at email@example.com before placing your order.
Please keep in mind that the actual color of the products may slightly vary from that shown in the images on our site. Each piece is handcrafted by master artisans and may vary slightly from the image shown.
Please keep also in mind that the weight of the items is merely indicative.
All products undergo a quality check before being shipped to our customers. If you receive a product that is not in good condition, please contact us.
Items purchased during sales are also not eligible for return or exchange. in addition, items from the listed categories below are considered to be “Final Sale” items and are also ineligible for return or exchange. final sale items will be noted as “Item is not eligible for return” on the product page, as well as within your checkout window and your confirmation email.
