The order form will be filed in our database for the period necessary to process the orders and in any case by the law.
GUARANTEES AND INDICATION OF PRODUCT PRICES
On lorettacaponi.com only products bearing the “Loretta Caponi” brand are offered for sale.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on lorettacaponi.com within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on lorettacaponi.com may not correspond to the real ones since each piece is handcrafted by master artisans.
Product prices may be subject to updates. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
All products come with an identification tag attached to a disposable seal. We ask you not to remove the tag and the relative seal from the purchased products, of which they are an integral part.
INDICATED PRICES
The indicated price of all products does not include any relevant shipping fees, import duties, customs taxes, local sales taxes, and other applicable taxes and charges. Therefore you will be always entitled to cover such additional expenses that may arise during Custom clearance.
PAYMENTS
In case of payment by credit/debit card, our payment system ensures secure transactions, since the information (card number, expiry date, etc.) goes directly to Stripe which, thanks to the DigiCert-certified system based on SSL 128-bit encryption protocol, guarantees secure online transactions. This financial information will not be used by LORETTA CAPONI S.r.l., except for the procedures relating to your purchase or to issue refunds in the event of returns by the exercise of your right of return or to report cases of fraud to the authorities.
DELIVERY WAYS
As per delivery of his/her purchase, a customer can choose his/her residence or domicile, his/her working place, or any private address of someone of his/her choice whose residence or domicile is within the boundaries of the European Union and outside the European Union other than Black-listed countries.
Our products can be delivered to the address given by our customers only after the regular credit entry of payment concerning an order.
In case of, delivery, a parcel looks damaged; a customer should open it in the presence of the carrier to check the condition of its contents.
For security reasons, deliveries to P.O. boxes can’t be made and orders can’t be carried out. As regards any order made through the website, Loretta Caponi is not obliged to invoice a customer unless it is required by the customer himself/herself at the time of the transaction as per article 22 paragraph 1 number 1 D.P.R. 633/1972. No change in a receipt is possible after its issue.
Delivery charges are the receiver’s account and are highlighted in order forms. They may change according to forwarding details and the place of delivery. All products will be delivered by courier.
SHIPMENTS RULES
Orders will be carried out and products delivered from Monday to Friday (holidays and national holidays excepted). Loretta Caponi is not responsible for unexpected delays and,( acts of God excepted) products will be delivered within 30(thirty) days starting from the next day a customer has confirmed his/her order to Loretta Caponi.
When goods are delivered, a customer or one of his/her representatives must be present at the address written in the order form. Besides he/she must check:
- that the number of packages to be delivered corresponds to what is written in the carriage note;
- that packaging appears neither damaged nor wet but fully fits also in its closing wrapping.
Possible damages to packaging and/ or products or a missing number of packages or indications must be immediately notified by quoting relevant remarks onto the delivery receipt of the courier. Once signed the courier’s delivery receipt, without remarks, no claims about the external look of the package will be allowed.
In case Loretta Caponi is not able to deliver goods due to temporary unexpected unavailability of their products they will inform their customers in time, anyway not beyond 30 days by e-mail. The sum of money already paid by customers will be refunded as soon as possible, anyway not beyond 30 days from the receipt of purchase orders.
NUMBER OF CONSIGNMENT
Loretta Caponi will send an e-mail of confirmation once the products are forwarded. To guarantee the safety of the delivery of products Loretta Caponi will save the number of each consignment.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
www.lorettacaponi.com delivers its Products worldwide. All countries outside the EU are considered “International Delivery Destinations”. However there are restrictions on some Products for certain International Delivery Destinations, so please review the information on that page carefully before ordering Products.
If you order Products from our site for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
SHIPMENT COSTS
For purchases on delivery in Italy shipping is free for orders over 500,00 (five hundred) Euros.
For purchases on delivery abroad the estimate of shipping costs is given after knowing the delivery address.
For purchases on delivery abroad shipping is free for orders over 1.800,00 (one thousand and eight hundred) Euros
