Chef Fulvio Pierangelini and Loretta Caponi teamed up in 2024 to launch the new spring menu at the Hotel Savoy restaurant, an extraordinary partnership combining culinary excellence with haute couture.
Linen placemats and napkins with motifs inspired by the dishes on the new menu, transformed the restaurant with each place showcasing a different element, richly embroidered and elegantly combining the soft colours of the dishes.
