Right of Withdrawal

Use this form to exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract, granted by EU and Italian consumer protection law. The withdrawal period is 14 days from delivery of the goods. You may withdraw from the contract for only some of the items purchased.
After submission we will register your request and you will receive a confirmation email stating the date and time of transmission, which serves as your receipt of the withdrawal. Once validly submitted, the request takes effect from the moment of its transmission. The acknowledgement of receipt does not in itself constitute acceptance on the merits: we will check that the legal conditions are met and will contact you only if any relevant issues arise.
Once the request has been submitted, the return of the products and the refund follow the same practical steps as our standard returns: you will receive shipping instructions by email.
